Initial Steps

- A phone consultation will allow us to learn more about your property, timeline, and budget
- We’ll schedule an on-site visit to discuss your project in depth and outline your expectations
- Finally, we’ll prepare a proposal that details the design and project scope for your approval
A Collaborative Journey
- Kickoff Meeting
After our proposal is signed and approved, we’ll visit your home to review your goals in detail, capture photos and measurements, and dive into your wish list and priorities. - Conceptual Design
Our in-house designer will create an initial plan for your project. You’ll review 3D renderings and work with us to refine the design to perfection. - Trade Partner Consultation
With the design approved, our specialists will assess the site, reducing the risk of surprises during construction. - Material and Fixture Selection
We’ll help you choose the materials, appliances, and finishes that will bring your project to life. - Final Scope and Pricing
Once we determine materials and the final scope of the project, we’ll determine the final projected pricing. At this stage, we’ll order all products and materials and accept your deposit to get started on construction. - Permits and Preparations
Once contracts are signed, we’ll secure permits, order special products, and coordinate with trusted trade professionals. - Construction and Execution
This is where your vision becomes reality. We’ll manage every aspect of construction, keep you informed, and address any concerns that arise. - Completion and Support
After the final walk-through, your warranty begins. We’ll remain available to address any post-construction issues, ensuring your satisfaction long after the project’s end.
