Our Team

Aimee has spent more than 18 years in client services, sales, and the nonprofit industry. Her experience brings both a client-focused and analytical skill set to Godfrey Design-Build. Coupled with her love for organization and spreadsheets, she is excited to be part of the team.

Aimee has a degree in Economics and French from Gettysburg College. In her free time, she enjoys being active – playing golf (poorly) and running or riding her Peloton, as well as spending time with her husband and two children at the beach.

Christina has worked in the construction industry for more than seven years, with experience as both a design-build associate and project manager. During that time, she has had the opportunity to manage beautiful remodeling projects, assist on many others, and even throw on a tool belt from time to time.

For Christina, there’s something especially rewarding about passing a home and being able to say, “I worked on that kitchen,” or “That was my renovation.” It’s a sense of pride that reflects her passion for the work and the spaces she helps bring to life.

When she’s not building or crafting, Christina can often be found paddleboarding, enjoying the ocean, or exploring the beautiful North Shore with her husband and their fluffy Pyrenees, Millie.

Maddie grew up on the North Shore of Massachusetts and earned her degree in Interior Design from Endicott College. She loves the creative process and enjoys designing spaces that are both beautiful and functional.

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys exploring new restaurants throughout Boston and the North Shore, finding inspiration in local experiences, and spending her free time on creative hobbies and projects. She is always looking for fresh ideas and enjoys bringing creativity into both her work and everyday life.

Scott is a registered architect with over 37 years of residential design experience and is a 1995 graduate of the Boston Architectural College. Of Scott’s many strengths, one of his greatest is really listening to clients’ needs, enabling him to design the right space, solve renovation problems, and bring life to their ideas.

In his free time, Scott loves to golf and spend time with his family and friends.

Dan is an experienced carpenter with 20 years of construction experience. He has a passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail, and enjoys bringing his skill set to each project to ensure that clients and homeowners have a project they can be proud of.

Dan spends his free time with his friends and family, and can usually be found on his boat in the summer and skiing in the winter.

For over two decades, Dan has renovated and finished high-end homes. Using his keen eye for detail and passion for quality, he ensures that each customer has a positive renovation experience. Dan is a true team player who loves working with others to produce functional, beautiful living spaces.

An avid sports fan, Dan spends his free time coaching youth sports, cheering on his kids and stepkids in their various endeavors, and rooting for his favorite Boston sports teams.

Joseph has 17 years of experience in the construction industry and has always enjoyed working with his hands. For him, there’s no greater satisfaction than looking back on a completed project and knowing he helped make it possible.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with friends and family. He especially enjoys fishing with his son or relaxing on the couch with his two very lazy bulldogs.

Ken grew up in the Boston area and got a B.A. in Creative writing in Saratoga Springs, NY, where he fell into carpentry and spent the next 22 years remodeling and rehabbing older homes, many of them Victorian.

In 2017, he began work with a reputable stair company, fabricating stair, post, and rail systems often from rough lumber. He was the leading post-and-rail installer until he returned to MA to look after his parents.

Where can you find Ken when he’s not at work? Most likely at home, attempting to appease his three cats, hiking with his pal from college, or hitting the road and weekending in Saratoga and the Berkshires, keeping company while driving with mystery and courtroom dramas on audio.

Matt first fell in love with building things soon after graduating college. That love quickly expanded from furniture & sculpture projects to carpentry & construction. He gets immense satisfaction from seeing these projects come to fruition and continually learning along the way.

Over the years, Matt has worked renovating brownstones in Boston’s South End, building boats in Charlestown, and creating desirable spaces for clients in the greater Boston area.

While not at work, Matt can be found caring for his two young children, spending time with friends, and fixing up his old house.

With seven years of remodeling experience, Brandon specializes in delivering high-quality home renovations with an emphasis on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and client satisfaction. From kitchens and bathrooms to whole-home renovations, he takes pride in helping turn homeowners’ ideas into beautifully crafted spaces.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. He approaches each day as a new adventure and a gift from God.

Alicia brings 18 years of accounting and technology experience to Godfrey Design Build as our External Accounting Contractor. She holds an undergraduate degree from Bentley University in Corporate Finance and Accounting with a minor in Information Technology, as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting from Bentley University. Alicia combines strong financial expertise with a practical understanding of technology to support efficient, well-structured business operations.

When she is not working, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, skiing, and being on the water, especially during the summer months when she can relax, recharge, and make the most of time outdoors.
